The Dells Bells
Key Locations
- The Dell Creek Motel--Our command center. We hope to fill the whole thing with you folks and celebrate the night away with swimming, dancing, cookouts and drinks in the garden.
- The Holiday Motel--We've reserved the entire Dell Creek for the 5th and 6th, but the Holiday is across from the Dell Creek and your next best choice if you want to save $ and be near the "action" if the Dell Creek is full by the time you make hotel arrangements. Check out those themed rooms!
- Welcome to the Fabulous Dells Bells Wedding Chapel
- The Cheese Factory-So Delicious!!!
- A Water Park Almost as Big as Our Love (Aww)
- Pirate's Cove--pirate mini-golf. Five courses, all with waterfalls. And pirates.

Other Places to Stay
- David and I stayed here the night we got engaged, after visiting the House on the Rock. They have a swimming pool with waterfalls and a giant submarine. Can anyone say "romance"?
- The Don Q Inn, which has a real live jet as a front lawn decoration. Very close to the House on the Rock, a scenic drive to the Dells, and the Fantasuites (TM)
- The White Rose Inn--Never been but looks pretty. Looks like a touch of western Mass in the waterpark capital of the world. Does NOT have a jet as decoration or a submarine swimming pool-which may or may not be a plus, depending on who you are.
Swell Places to Eat
- The Del-Bar--Beauty, Class, and Amazing Steak
- Ishnala--Gorgeous Bar/Restaurant Overlooking Mirror Lake,
- Wally's House of Embers. A surprisingly romantic place to dine.
- Denny's has nothing to do with the chain, this place is bizarre and wonderful. And has cinnamon rolls to die for.
- Paul Bunyan's Resturant--Famous for it's "Lumberjack Style" all you can eat breakfast.
- African-Themed Resort with an Amazing Indoor Water Park. You Can Even Surf!
Haven't Done But Want To Do
- Northwoods --Jim Johnston and Adam Schneiders, and I believe Uncle Irv, I am talking to you three--golf!
- Thunder Valley Inn: OMG this looks amazing. Threshing dinners!
- Wilderness Territory--another all-in-one resort and indoor waterpark
- Essen-Haus--German eats, in case you haven't had enough beer and meat
- East Troy Railroad Company--Fancy, $$, but looks lovely--fine dining in a classic electric train
- Hookers (youch, bad choice of names)--giggles aside, heard it has an amazing Friday night fish fry
